TERMS: Pup-Tzu WNC exclusively owns all Shih Tzu identified as our Dams, Sires and available puppies across our website, correspondence, advertisements and social media. Any representative or AI-generated imagery used for website design purposes does not imply ownership of a specific animal; ownership of our actual breeding stock and puppies remains with Pup-Tzu WNC. Pup-Tzu WNC reserves the right entirely to grant or deny ownership transference of any of our  Shih Tzu at our sole discretion.  

ADDITIONAL TERMS: By submitting our PUP-TZU WNC PUPPY  APPLICATION, you acknowledge and agree to Pup-Tzu WNC's TERMS, ADDITIONAL TERMS and the Pup-Tzu WNC Privacy Policy as outlined herein. You further agree to our official policies and FAQs as published on this website and our Good Dog profile, which are incorporated herein by reference. Additionally, you  recognize that approval for Pup-Tzu WNC Shih Tzu puppy ownership transference is not guaranteed (i.e., application submission does not  guarantee approval).

We are very discerning concerning the placement of our pups.

You will not be considered for approval without properly completing our PUP-TZU WNC PUPPY APPLICATION.

This step is not optional and a required part of our approval process.

As stated above, "application submission does not guarantee approval".

We'll email or text you asking when a convenient time to call would be. 

To maintain a fair and efficient process, please note that an application will be denied if:

• You do not respond to our initial email regarding a follow-up call within 48 hours.
• We are unable to reach you by phone or your voice mailbox is full.
• Any correspondence (email, text, or voicemail) regarding your application goes unanswered for 48 hours or more.
• Any questions on our application are not fully answered, are only partially answered, or are found to be fraudulent.

Once approved and on our Wait List,

If we directly ask any member a question via email, text or voicemail and they don't respond within 48 hours...

1. -We have to assume they're no longer interested due to their inaction.
2. -This will result in removal from our Wait List and discontinue all further communications.
3. -These rules are in place to benefit our active Wait List members and ensure a fair experience for everyone while eliminating common breeder ambiguity.

Any puppy listed is available until a deposit has been placed concerning the pup.

Pup-Tzu WNC can hold the pup you've picked and placed a deposit on for up to 3 weeks. After 3 weeks, additional charges apply at $20.00/day.

• Pet Puppy Price: $2,450
• Certified CKC
• What's Included: This price is for puppies that will be family pets. Registration papers  are included at no extra cost once we receive proof of  spaying/neutering from your vet.
• Health Guarantee: If the puppy is found to be ill by a licensed veterinarian during initial visit (wellness check) and is to be returned due to illness, a letter  from the veterinarian is required. The Breeder will, at the Breeder's discretion, refund the purchase price (less deposit), or exchange the dog for another dog of equal value. Health Guarantee concerns initial visit (wellness check) only. At no time and under no circumstances will the Breeder be responsible for any veterinarian expenses incurred by the Buyer.
• If the Buyer can no longer keep the dog, it must be returned to the Breeder unless rehomed with a trusted family member or friend. The dog must never be surrendered to a shelter or sold to a third party. 
• Breeding Rights:  Breeding rights cost an additional $4,500.

There is never a fee for joining our Wait List, only your approved application is necessary.
