Additionally, we may collect veterinary documentation as required for registration purposes or to fulfill health guarantee terms. This data is used exclusively to evaluate applications and communicate  regarding our puppies via email, phone, or SMS/text message.
• Automatically Collected Information: We utilize Google Analytics and Google Search Console to monitor Website performance. This includes collecting non-identifying data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit to ensure our content is helpful to our users.
• Information from Third-Party Platforms: We also receive information (such as puppy applications and inquiries)  from third-party platforms where we list our puppies, specifically Good Dog. This information is used solely to process your request to join our waiting list or purchase a puppy.

Your security is our priority. Pup-Tzu WNC is a TrustedSite Certified Secure website. We maintain rigorous safety standards to protect our visitors, including:

• Good Dog: As a member of the Good Dog community, we use their secure platform to  manage applications and communicate with prospective families. Data  shared via Good Dog is subject to their own Privacy Policy.
• Legal Requirements: We may share data as required by law to protect the safety of our puppies and our community.

You  may browse our Website without submitting an application or providing  direct contact information. However, as noted in Section 1, certain technical data is collected automatically via Google Analytics and Google Search Console to help us improve Website performance.

If you have submitted a Puppy Application and wish to have your data removed from our records, please contact us at contact@puptzuwnc.com. We will respond to and honor all data deletion requests in a reasonable time frame.

Additionally, per our Application Terms, Pup-Tzu WNC reserves the right to administratively remove or archive information from our active files if an application is denied, found to be fraudulent, or becomes inactive due to non-responsiveness (such as a failure to respond within 48 hours). We may retain certain records as required by law or for essential business accounting purposes.
