OUR APPLICATION PROCESS

If you're interested in one of our pups or getting on our Wait List, a completed application is required first.

After we review your Pup-Tzu WNC Puppy Application, we'll contact you by email to arrange a convenient time to call you. -Our phone call determines final approval.

Upon approval, we'll send you our REFERENCES -Our current puppy parents' contact information.

• We ask that you call at least one reference as part of our process.
• Your approval places you on our Wait List.
• No deposit is required to join our Wait List, just your approved application.

• Any puppy listed is available until a deposit has been placed concerning the pup.

Members that are approved and on our Wait List are ranked according to the timestamp of their application. The longer they've waited, the higher their rank or "puppy picking order".

• Wait List members are given first priority when it comes to picking the puppy they want.

Once they've made their decision, a deposit is required for the pup to be held and marked as "reserved".

If no choice and deposit is made, the puppy choice goes to the next in line.

• We'll always tell you where your rank stands.
• Our required deposit amount is $100.00.
• A deposit is required only once you've picked your puppy.
• If you have not picked your puppy, We WILL NOT accept a deposit from you for any reason.
• In the event you place your deposit but change your mind, your deposit is good for one year from the deposit's receipt date and may be applied to any future litter. It only becomes non-refundable if no purchase is made within one year of your deposit receipt date.

BEFORE YOU CAN GET A PUPPY:

• Our Pup-Tzu WNC Puppy Application must be completed.
• We must talk to you on the phone to determine final approval.
• If approved, a deposit must be received once you've decided on the puppy you want.
• If any of these conditions are not met, you may not reserve and have not reserved a puppy from Pup-Tzu WNC.
